RETURN POLICY Purchases or gifts may be returned within 14 days of the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and with all packaging and tags, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.) Please Fill out our RAN form for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Sales become final 14 days after you receive the order -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Pantsonly.com and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee. EXCEPTIONS:
CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS Custom ordered garments are not returnable. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE may be returned for store credit only. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer. Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we received your return. Refused Shipments will be charged charged a 25% restocking fee. NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.
